Keto Veggie Avocado Breakfast

Ingredients: 1 large collard green leaf, 1/4 cup avocado slices, 1/4 cup shredded cabbage, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, salt and pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Spread tahini onto the collard leaf.
  2. Layer avocado slices, shredded cabbage, and hemp seeds in the center.
  3. Roll up the wrap and enjoy.

Avocados are high in fat with 60 per cent of this being monounsaturated fats, which research suggests helps to protect against heart disease and lower blood pressure. They are also an excellent source of potassium, folate and fibre, all of which benefit the heart and cardiovascular system.
