Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 cup vegan BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 vegan sandwich buns
- Coleslaw (optional)
Instructions:
- Sauté shredded mushrooms in olive oil until browned.
- Stir in BBQ sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve in sandwich buns with optional coleslaw.
